I have checked on a few Q acolyte site like the X22 Report and Martin Brodel, and it appears the newest fanfiction is that the military is secretly in control and that they will strike before March 4th under the theory that the United States became a corporation in 1871, thus making the Federal government illegitimate, including any laws or Constitutional amendments passed since 1871. Thus, per this theory, Trump will be sworn in as the 18th U.S. President on March 4th as the first legitimate President since Ulysses Grant.
It looks like some people are addicted to hopium, and the Q acolytes are pushing the narcotic.
