In the months and years ahead research will likely settle the question of fraud. Maybe they will establish that the election was stolen. But today that horse is out of the barn.

That has been done ad nauseum. If the courts don’t care, we’re basically screwed.
The courts will find a way to not hear the case. We no longer live in a country of laws, but of men.

Even should court cases eventually prove massive fraud.. which it’s been obvious the courts don’t want to touch it.. they are not going to remove an administration... even if they were to declare it illegally gained.
Not sure we’re “lawless”. Laws still apply to “enemies of the left.” We may be a Chinese vassal state.

Our state legislature is wasting time on censuring politicians.
Meanwhile, the legislature is ‘asking’ for voting machines, etc., out of Maricopa County even though they have authority already to seize them and a court already weighed in and said ‘yes, you do have that authority’. The county supervisors are ignoring a subpoena. The legislature is acting weakly, and the R governor is as corrupt as McConnell.

I may pray for “Joe Biden”, but I will never EVER use “President” and “Biden” together. He is NOT my President, nor is he the legitimate President of this nation. He is a fraud, who has already out-lived his usefulness to the Deep State.
In the minefield of the time between an election and its result we deal with State and Constitutional law with respect to elections. And it's clear that the state Legislatures and Congress are the only players until the inauguration. The only ruling a court can give is whether the election was run according to the state election laws confirmed by Congress in order to become a state. If so, it is a 'lawful' election. And only the state Legislatures and Congress can correct it.
But after the inauguration, a person harmed by the results of the election can sue an office holder for damages. In that case the court has power to determine if an unlawful election occurred, and arrange to correct it. This is the Quo Warranto procedure.
Actually the courts have been quite good about keeping to their roles, since candidates and the government are neither the Legislature nor Congress, and so a court cannot render any relief before the candidate takes office.
I had heard that the Az legislature is getting the run around by the courts. The court is making them refile their subpoena since there is a new legislature which is a technicality but it does delay any action until this week, but that they are taking action and they took the opportunity expanded the scope of their demands substantially. The Az Board of Sups is terrified of what an audit might uncover.
Why is disinformation like this allowed to remain on FR? Seriously? The date on this was the 12th Today is the 20th. Nothing happened. This is nearly as bad as “Q” or Linn Wood.
But what would it come to?
They have had time to wipe the machines of electronic signatures or trails, etc.
On another note, those 4 supervisors (out of 5) are keeping Maricopa County in a mask mandate while most other counties and towns are not. I’m just so angry with this whole fraud.
And recall that any voting reform bill would have to be signed by Ducey who is with us for the next 2 years.

The Az vote was close and there was more than enough easily traceable irregularities to make a difference.
One downside for the scammers is that their stalling has allowed investigators to figure out their schemes, many of which were pretty clever and could have been overlooked in any rushed recount.
Now we are headed for full forensic audit by clued in auditors with no real time pressure. Assuming that the auditors are not trying to sweep misconduct under the rug, things should be interesting.
As far as the Dominion machines go, unless they have a way to power them up remotely and tamper with the data from wireless it may be difficult to mess with them.

I still see no path for meaningful reform, though, with Ducey at the helm. Even after he’s gone. We may end up with another Democrat governor.
Looks like the Board of Sups caved and there will be a forensic audit of Az. We shall see if the democrats were able to cover their tracks and hide the evidence. Am going on the faith that most of the evidence has been destroyed or altered and that the machines will be wiped and fraudulent new data loaded.
