Only the State legislators can make that determination and they have spoken - court actions are futile and pointless now, besides whatever they might rule will change nothing.

I won’t say “false hope” or “no hope”, but a favorable outcome would be unlikely unless a court / judge could be found that wasn’t corrupt.

I don’t buy into the idea that everyone is “threatened”, “blackmailed”, or that some mysterious “they” got to him/her/them. Occam’s Razor indicates that corruption is what’s actually in play.

If you had actually read the article you would see how stupid and irrelevant your comment is. It's brought by civilians with damages, not office holders for the government.

I did read the article. It is all nicely laid out how this plan would work. My point is that numerous judges could have listened to many cases that had sustantiative claims along with evidence and affidavits. Nothing went anywhere. So, PING me when this one goes somewhere.

Biden has been sworn in. Nothing, nothing at all short of re-election in 2024 can bring Trump back to the Presidency. No last minute Supreme Court ruling, nothing.

Learn to live with that reality. The best that we can hope for is that the cheating is exposed, people are prosecuted, and maybe, just maybe Biden is impeached or forced to resign when his corruption with regards to China, the Ukraine, and Russia is exposed.
