I don't mean to spread false hope. It should be clear that courts can only determine whether an election is unlawful, and have no power to effect any remedy. Unless you use quo warranto, which allows a court to apply a remedy. President Trump's mistake was allowing lawyers to be his aides. Lawyers are officers of the courts, not of the Executive branch.
