When I first got up and checked, Texas and Florida were recalling their "contribution" after the Parking Garage debacle and fifteen minutes later Montana's brand-new governor said he was pulling our bunch out of DC.
We may have more of an excuse for that than most states, mostly because (iirc) our NG guys all came from NE Montana.
Which just happens to be where: 1. The Keystone Pipeline is coming across from Alberta, 2. An awful lot of oil/natural gas exploration has gone on for decades and now includes itself in the Williston Basin campaign and 3. High grade coal deposits and associated coal-fired power plants have operated for decades.
All of which are under Joe Biden's boot heels and getting ground right into the damn ground every second he's in that office.
Somebody said that Canada's upset about the Keystone shutting down. Maybe they should take a poll out in Eastern Montana right now.

Heard that Texas may be considering secession. Wonder if they'd like to have Montana, Wyoming, North/South Dakota and maybe Alberta allies?

I wrote my governor a few weeks ago and mentioned that he needs to study what is involved in joining in if Texas secedes from the Union.

Look up what Allen West of Texas said after the election, when Texas filed suit against the contested states, for not following their election laws, and thus disenfranching Texas and the other states.
He said (paraphrasing) “maybe the states that care about the Constitution should band together”
