They can ignore the Constitution and declare him unable to hold public office again.
If Trump chooses to run again and the usurpers declare him ineligible, then we declare their unconstitutional political ploy ineligible for consideration and do what we should be doing now: carry Trump on our shoulders in to the WH and declare him POTUS.
