We already know he's not the brightest, but I think he is wearing the mask because he's setting the example. He's already forewarned us that he's going to mandate masks. Before, it was required by the governors. I thought he said that now, he wants to mandate it.

I just hope President Trump will save us before Biden requires everyone to have vaccinations.
