I think the whole family looked desperate to get in under the wire. They know something is up - the Capitol is not a fortress for them. So they and the MSM made it look like he would be sworn in at 12:00 and then rushed to make it happen before then. :)
AND JoePedo had his watch on upside down and inside out - he mistook the serial number for the date and time. :)
