Sadly, it can happen. They don’t need much luck ... just half of the House and half of the Senate and the legislature can overhaul the entire Federal system and load it up with Biden appointees.
What I had read was that the legislature sets the different circuits and Biden plans to have the legislature redraw the circuits/courts and thus appoint new judges. Does anyone know if that is even possible.
