There is the matter of the Guarantee Clause to be addressed.

Article IV, Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Since our elections are not secure, we do not have a republican form of government, and the Constitution has been violated, in that regard and in the deprivation of the equal protection of the law. If POTUS has the support of the public, and the military, he can do this even when the courts and the (illegitimately elected) Congress fail us.

POTUS has demonstrated all of the Institutions have failed their role in the Constitution.

There is a reason Congress and Senate are sworn in weeks ahead of the President.
The President gets to determine is everything played out according to the Constituion.

If no, the President, and the Military, have a chance to follow the Constitution.

If they also fail, then We The People must clean up the mess.

No more fake elections where Politicians decide who gains power from the Constitution!
