I don’t think the 2018 EO is necessary. We have a domestic threat that ends the Republic.

1. Packed court.

2. Foreign control.

3. Aiding an invasion of illegal immigrants.

4. Vote rigging.

But then there is the paradox: it is illegal to oppose Biden’s swearing in.
