no doesn't need to get sworn in, if he was sworn in how would you remove him? if you are aware of someone going to murder someone, you would stop them before they killed them not wait till after...

I meant just starting the swearing in process. To complete the crime, but not finish the process of taking the oath. I have no clue, just spitballing.

the key word is “legally” sworn in. When you make a contract all parties must be done in accordance within the law. With all the reports from showing Biden has criminally acted it only takes a prosecutor to not make the swearing in legal. That would be Durham, Michael Ellis the new NSA director which Pelosi is freaking out over.
