When I was researching the nearly-failed ammonium nitrate explosion in Nashville, Parkes took the asinine claim that "someone" had told him a "Space Weapon was going to be used (somewhere, sometime)" -- and spun that up into an hour-long flight of fancy that the Nashville explosion was caused by a "Space Weapon". (Small cloud of reddish-orange nitrogen oxides smoke notwithstanding...)
Yeah, riiiight! I read the exact same kind of bravo sierra re OKC (along with several other wacko "explanations"). Debunking BS like that's what started me on what became 65 heavily-illustrated pages in the OKBIC Final Report.
