There was a link at the bottom of the article to the author’s original post that has an embedded date suggesting it was written in 2017, when Walker was still Governor. I think someone may have pointed this out not very many post ago. The authenticity of the information remains a question mark.

And Scott Walker, as you know, was the governor of WI, we still call them that even when they have left office. For instance we still have to gag and say Governor Br..Br.. Moonbean lol.
