Seems to be some difference of opinion in the comments whether he said "to" or "of"... it's not so clear and I can't tell for sure one way or another
The word isn’t exactly clear but it sounds more like ‘of’.
It’s a transition of the Presidency, it’s not a transition of military power. What an odd thing to say.

the one thing about “OF” though ... it that it necessarily includes “TO” - but, in most cases, it may be a matter of formality but there’s still a point where power gets to line of MIL and then crosses over - and that’s where it could / would / will be stuck until matters are resolved re standing of JoePedo.
