I was only referring to a metaphorical ledge. I'm actually calm as a cucumber. I just think that Secretary Pompeo could have used a better choice of words when we are on the cusp of solving a sensitive problem.

Whether your ledge is a metaphor is not the issue. By posting panicky statements you stir up fear in people who may have no understanding of these circumstances. Thus far Sec. Pompeo has done a better job as Sec of State than anyone in my lifetime. Think Israel, NK, peace.

If you are not truly fearful but come and post fear in order to stir up fear that makes you a fear troll.

Good Grief.   I was not posting fear, nor was I making a panicky statement.   How can saying pull me back from the ledge instill fear in anyone?   It's just a slightly humorous throwaway rejoinder.   The same as "beam me up Scotty" or "get a life."
