He used a Social Security number that was not his from the time he started working until he was Usurper.
The SS Admin gave him a new one when the heat rose on that story.
The SS Admin NEVER issues new numbers for anyone else.
My point was that even if you accept HIS fraud, he’s not eligible.

When he came back to live with Grandma Dunham at about age 10-—she NEVER reapplied for his USA citizenship.
That USA citizenship was given up by Stanley Ann so Barry could attend school in Indonesia. That country DOES NOT recognize dual citizenship.
I think Barry stolen Soc Sec number was given to him by Grandma..She worked in a bank in Hawaii. SHE knew that he needed a number. I think the elderly man—born in 1896 who that number was originally assigned to spent part of his years in Hawaii...And she had access to his SS number. I think the guy died, with that info on his bank account, and Grandma Dunham stole it for Barry to use.
Which begs the next question: IF Barry worked all those years under that NUMBER-—are those earning being applied to his social security account?? Or to the account of the original number holder—who got the number in 1936 ???????
