If you think about it, Congress is in the best position to do so. The rest of us don't have a sort of position that allows us to.

100% of the time that Congress does something unconstitutional, it claims the action was constitutional. No exception. Courts endorse 99.99% of what Congress does. The two branches are "in on the scam," which is to take power away from the states, and the people, respectively.

It works.

Kamala Harris, chineze born here on one of those birth vacations, same eligibility, and Congress will endorse anybody who wins one of the famous US-rigged elections.

Dershowics says that congress violated the Constitution 5 or 6 times with the impeachment and nothing can be done to them other than voting them out of office? They are basically above the law according to him?
