We're going to have to create an alternate infrastructure. But even that will be difficult as banks and merchant services start to cut us off.
I hope states will start doing something about this, like banning sales by businesses like Amazon that restrict publication or just adding a surtax, like 10% to fund an infrastructure for alternate sellers.
Otherwise we'll be back to samizdat printed on mimeograph machines.

And building quickly, using already-defined paths, will have to watch out for the influx of hucksters, and just plain poor business practices, such as happened within the charter/voucher school movements.
