FYI,every bank insured by the FDIC has an encrypted connection straight to the Fed. They can look at any account at any time and know exactly how much money you have. With the corruption in government there’s no telling who has access to this information so it would be prudent to keep your accounts drawn down as much as possible.

Not at the account level. But they do get a monthly feed of each business and personal account and all transactions, loan, deposit and credit card. Purportedly without name, but that’s not hard to link up. The locus of all evil.
