From what I hear of him locally, Adrian is a stand-up guy. He does a lot to help his hometown of Palestine, Texas. I am aware that there were “baby daddy” issues in his life and he was arrested for spanking one of his children.
This is what happens when you have umpteen kids by umpteen different women.
I do not know anything about Adrian Peterson, but he is part of the NFL, so I do not care. They are all dead to me.

When Wellington Mara was still alive the NY Giants held their training camp every summer at a small regional college in northern New Jersey. As part of the deal they had some arrangement where the players could enroll in the school for night classes. I seem to remember that a dozen or more players were enrolled at any given time, including a few in the MBA program who went on to have successful careers outside sports.
