As someone astutely observed a few days ago, the “Top” generals use the Constitution for toilet paper. If we’re counting on them for anything the situation is in fact dire.

The “Top” Generals also report directly to SecDef...who Trump recently replaced, as well as placed Specops troops directly under his command.
