I’m sorry but the world’s a b!tch so get used to it. I never put more than 15% of my investment into the market....rest was in CD’s, Gold/Silver, Bonds etc.
Did not get the return during bullish times bit didn’t lose my a$$ when the market tanked.
I was tight freakin spender (still drive a used 2004 Cadillax SRX) conservative as he!! with my my money and at 60 now have a net worth of close to a million.
We more often than not reap what we sow.

You may already know this trick, but the paint holds up a lot better if you don't wash your car (at least in places where they don't salt the roads).

Does it have an aluminum Northstar engine? I hear there is a flaw in the cooling system (intake manifold maybe?). One you overheat an aluminum engine, it has to go on the scrapheap.
