Look at how many of the agitators/leaders in this Capitol invasion crew video are dressed in black, black backpacks, hoodies, masks, etc. The easy part is to add a Trump hat or flag, purchased anywhere around the Mall for a few bucks all day long. But you can still see the core cadres are dressed like Antifa as their base layer.

True. The first thing that caught my attention were their helmets. If you scan the crowd who were gathered at the Ellipse, for the Save America rally, to hear President Trump speak, very few are wearing military-style helmets. Most of them are dressed as would be typical for the weather in D.C. at this time of year.
Most of those who led the attack on the Capitol were dressed in a way that one would if they were planning on attending a riot.
Unfortunately, following the conclusion of President Trump’s speech, the regular Trump supporters walked into a set-up, and had no idea what had transpired. Worse, IMO, as soon as the Capitol Police began dousing them with pepper spray, and then began indiscriminately launching tear gas and flash-bang grenades into the gathering crowd, that otherwise peaceful group began to react to what they perceived as unjustified aggression against them.
