On my last flight in August, at least half the terminal vendors’ stores and stands were closed. It was like getting off the last flight at 11 pm, but at 3 pm.
You go figure rent on a simple stand that is 6 ft by 25 ft at the Dallas Airport. You gotta turn a fair amount of profit daily to cover the rental cost.
For the rest of 2021? I wouldn’t even expect 50-percent of the population to vaccinated until August at the earliest. If the airlines get all hyped up that you can’t fly without showing you had the vaccination? That’ll just hype up folks to forget flying for the remainder of the year.
