I’ve said this before, but they need to put more power into those tasers. They seem to not work more and more often lately.

A taser powerful enough to take down a 250 pound man on PCP, will kill a woman r smaller man. And, no, it's not feasible to expect a cop to have to twiddle with a volume knob while being attacked.
