Mild to moderate (mild symptoms up to mild pneumonia): 81%
Severe (dyspnea, hypoxia, or more than 50% lung involvement on imaging): 14%
Critical (respiratory failure, shock, or multiorgan system dysfunction): 5%

5% hospitalization rate = 1 in 20. Other studies back this. If you had simply asked for the source, I would have been happy to give it to you.

No, they don't. You're misrepresenting the data in the COVID-19 Pandemic Planning Scenarios. From that link, the actual survival rate for each group is as follows:

0-19 years: 99.997%
20-49 years: 99.98%
50-69 years: 99.5%
70-79 years: 94.6%
80 years and older are not included in that CDC chart per their notes below, but estimates range from 78.85% - 91.7%
