One advantage we have: the leftists in our social circles tend to be vocal about their politics, while many of us have kept our mouths shut (often at the request of our wives, to “keep the peace”).
The net result is we know who they are, while they mostly don’t know who we are.
There will come a time when you will have an opportunity to mess up the career or personal life of some leftist. Up to this point, I think most of us have had a “live and let live” policy. This may be ending.
