I couldn’t get bookmarks to import whe I set up brave. Also its not as configurable as ff unfortunately. I decided to go with waterfox which is supposed to be a fork fro ff but unhooked from Mozilla who issued their rediculous woke declaration.

I also note that whi,while, typing in brave browser, it will from time to time severely lag. But this is on a tablet, but my tablet has plenty of power, so that shouldn’t be the cause, but it could be I guess, I only know that ff doesn’t lag like that. The tablet is new, so hopefully its not something g wrong with the tablet itself,

The mobile version of Brave sadly did not have the bookmark import feature like the Windows desktop version. Plus limited settings. Wonder if your tablet is running the mobile version.

Yes probably. I downloaded it from the app store, so probably the mobile version. That doesn’t bother me as much as lack of configurability like fot “top sites” and font size for all pages, and tab features, though the tabs i like better than the mobile version of ff
