““In 2020, IT WAS DIFFERENT. The legislature and the governor were NOT IN AGREEMENT on the electors to choose but the legislature ABDICATED their authority.””
I forgot to mention that the Michigan Legislature kept the PDJT electors locked out of the state capitol on the day the EC was to meet in that building and vote.

Regardless of what happened, I am sure you agree with me that the State’s LEGISLATURE, IN SESSION, should be the one choosing the electors, not outsourced to a committee or anyone else.
So, back to the topic ( the title ) of this thread — is it wrong for Pence to say as in the case of Wisconsin - “Your electors were not chosen according to law, and your legislators have written to me informing me that this is so. Therefore, I cannot accept your current slate of electors until your legislators OFFICIALLY tell me that they have chosen the state’s electors”?
I think not.
