I don’t get why these sites want to copy Drudge right down to the font and logo. Come up with your own look, your own idea if you want to be taken seriously.

Well, I can think of a couple reasons. Drudge worked well for a while, before he went off the deep end. And people don’t like change. They like the familiar, what works for them.
Why reinvent the wheel?
I agree. This is the best Drudge alternative I have seen. and I think I’ve looked into just about all of them.
