Yes it was.
Asimov was a strange duck, but I read him a lot as a teenager.
BUT REST ASSURED THERE IS SUCH A THING AS EMPTY SPACE, IT IS EMPTY YET FULL OF LUMINOSITY AT THE SAME TIME.
Such space is named by the ancients of India as “dharmakaya, the body of being.”
And it is full and empty at the same time, To understand it is to experience Sunyata or emptiness that is full at the same time, a paradox.
Luminosity is within dharmakaya which is also empty but not void. That is why there are human beings like us.
I bet that’s the last time you’ll mention empty space, LOL
One of my favorite topics.
THEY TALK ABOUT lUMINOSITY AS A MATTER OF MIND, BUT IN FACT IT IS A MATTER OF THE WAY THINGS ARE OUT THERE AS WELL.
Luminosity Principle:

Thats it
And this makes it possible to say that things not physically connected actually influence each other.
Quantum entanglement:
“Nuclear physicist and molecular biologist Jeremy Hayward of Cambridge University makes no secret of his convictions either: “Many scientists who are still part of the scientific mainstream are no longer afraid to openly state that consciousness / awareness could, in addition to space, time, matter and energy, be a fundamental element of the world - perhaps even more fundamental than space and time. It may be a mistake to ban the spirit from nature.” It is even questioned as to whether matter should be considered a fundamental element of the universe.”
