President Trump’s speech didn’t conclude until 1:11pm, and with at least a 45-minute walk between the two locations with crowd-related delays, that would put the first people from Trump’s speech at Capitol Hill no earlier than 1:56pm – a full hour and sixteen minutes after troublemakers arrived.
In fact, rioters who breached the perimeter would have had to leave before Trump’s speech even began (at 12pm precisely) to make it in time for the events as they are detailed by authorities.
The Washington Post also states: “Sund’s outer perimeter on the Capitol’s west side was breached within 15 minutes,” meaning the Capitol was breached over an hour before Trump speech attendees could have even begun to arrive.
DC roads were closed to traffic.
The President’s fans are not known for leaving his speeches 5 or 10 minutes in. And by the time the Capitol was breached, those who had stayed to listen to even the first 15 minutes would not have even made it there in time. *****************************************snip******************************

Admittedly, those who entered the building might well have been supporters, but they didn't attend his rally and didn't "get incited" by what he said as they could not have been there at his rally. So, if not rally attendees might they at best be anarchists – against all government? On the other hand, they might be tools – like the nation-wide rioters all summer long. Remember, the Kavanaugh hearings resulted in occupation of offices – did Kharris incite them?
At the rally I asked someone to give an interview and he declined because he was trying to listen... the crowd did not leave until trump finished speaking...

If the violence started at 12:40 and they were overrun by 1:09, and Trump was still speaking at that point, why did Intel not communicate situational awareness to Team Trump to keep the folks there with him and away from the Capitol?

at 3m02s in your video, the guy is smashing the window with a long wooden pole, which looks exactly like the poles that were being handed through a window to “protesters” outside by official-looking couple - to me it was a blonde woman and a man in shirt and tie.

The interviewee, a Japanese reporter, is a lovely lady and a seeker of the truth rather than a propagandist. Video clips are interspersed with her narration. A 12-minute video by an Epoch Times person.
actually some did. We were standing on the sidewalk of Constitution Avenue. The sound system wasn’t quite up to par. Amazingly the crowd of a million or so went silent when Trump was speaking. When he mentioned a peaceful walk to the Capitol some began to stream out down Constitution.
Since it became impossible to hear, at that point we began to meander over as well.
A call to action inciting a riot would have cause a loud cheer of FREEDOM and a rush to invade the capitol. Instead it was a slow and fun walk as we talked with Patriots and enjoyed the day.
We found a place on the Capitol Lawn. The police were tossing teargas and flashbangs into the crowd. There was no violence that we could see. There were people who got past the police and went up on the bleachers. Some were pepper sprayed but they remained on the bleachers. At one point maybe 75 people were up there waving flags and cheering. About 15 police came and it looked like asked them to move to one area of the bleachers. There was no obvious force witnessed.
After having been there a couple hours, I looked back and people were still meandering over. If that’s what they call incitement, Trump is the worst provocateur ever.
We didn’t hear about any violence until we were walking toward the car and someone said they saw people with hammers breaking windows. We figured that was Antifa and on the other side of the building.
I wonder why Sullivan just happened to be standing next to Ashli.
