You’re right to hold your fire about Pence, because he better be acting.
He may be acting.
But, Pence acted in a Totally complicit manner to uphold the lawlessness at the federal level against the Constitution, and to uphold the lawlessness at the state level against state laws of election.
He appears to need a Pardon. I don’t know how he can lawfully be backed out of what he’s done, myself. Idk.
Pretty painful to look at him without revulsion.
Be great if he was an undercover officer type, forced to kill, but I don’t think that absolves anyone.
Guess we'll eventually have certainty...
But worth noting that Pence specified wording to recognize electoral votes during the counting, which seems to protect him from a crime.
