In Trump’s second term National Voter ID law, no mail in, no corrupt machine counting, etc. WInning the presidency is not the entire thing. Corrupt states have to be cleaned out. Remember Pompeo telling the governors at the governors’ meetings about the CCP-friendly governors’ list that he, Pompeo, has. And the various EOs Trump has signed in connection with foreign election interference and those US person who assist, and similar EOs targeting corruption.
Trump didn’t win just to be able to sit in the Oval Office for 4 more years.
