That was a question I had too. He just dropped it at the end as “teaser” for tomorrow I guess. Or he believes a memo will be declassed and made public but doesn’t know any detail relating to subject matter.
I thought it just popped out of nowhere. I’ve been listening to him for months and he doesn’t do teasers, bombshells or claim inside info. Interesting!
