I think you’d only get the message if you registered for his campaign texts and the like. It wasn’t a message broadcasted by a company. It was from his campaign.
I doubt it. It came from the Trump campaign text address 88022. If you weren’t signed up to get those texts then how would they know your phone number...
Actually this us the first substantive text on that address I’ve can recall. Mostly begging for donations.
