After the incident, the DC chief of police said he knew in advance, asked for the national guard multiple times, and got no response. The had of the Capital Hill security is the Sergeant of Arms answers directly to Pelosi and McConnell.
They knew it would happen and they did nothing to prevent it. Then the news blamed Trump knowing full well MAGA does not hide their faces to attack the police lied. By the time Trump said the magic words to attack, the building was breached.
I am having a hard time accepting this. This had to be going on for years, but it looks like it just happened overnight. How did we miss this?
