I wish politicians would confine their “soak the rich” taxes to the genuinely wealthy - people making millions or billions a year. But those are the donors, so they make sure the taxes are borne by the middle class, not the 1 percent.

The reason the Dems won’t stick to taxing only the uber-rich is that doing so would not generate enough revenue to fund the pie-in-the-sky entitlements that the Dems will roll out. To pay for those, the Dems will have to increase the taxes on the working class and above.

The Dems have for generations wanted to eliminate the middle class, and only have the elite on one end and the masses of the great unwashed on the other.

People making over 100k have voted mostly for Democrats in recent years. And the more they made the more they voted Democrat. they voted for socialism they are the ones who own the lib press. They are the ones who support open borders. So I say let them pay.

It will effect everybody not just the folks making 400,000. They will take the cap off of FICA and Medicare tax that is taken out of your payroll. .
Both the employees and employer portions. I bet they take the cap completely off.
