Does anyone think the blackouts in Rome and the Vatican last night, along with Pakistan has something to do with this. Also I have read different articles that people including the Pope were arrested for crimes against children.someone had written you could here gunfire and the whole city had blockades. I don’t know what to believe anymore

1. There was no blackout at the Vatican last night. Just a camera that wasn't adjusted for low light night vision.
2. The Vatican is legally a separate state from Italy. The Pope is its head of state. As such, he is immune from criminal prosecution.
If the Vatican is relevant to the Italian criminal case, its a refuge for witnesses where the Italian state can't reach them, or a way to get them out of Italy to elsewhere.

I don’t think the pope was arrested because I saw him give a homily this morning around 7:30 on VaticanLive, unless of course he made bail really fact - or that was a hologram on YouTube.
