What is this FlightAware screenshot supposed to show us? You won’t find Air Force One on there, it’s filtered out. With what I do I have access to a true real-time radar data feed from the FAA’s STARS system at the local TRACON, which includes most military traffic, and even I can’t see AF1. The TRACON’s system has filters for certain transponder codes and call signs. Obviously, AF1 is high on the list of operations that are filtered from the data.

I've been used the Flight Aware app for years (I love it) but have verified for myself that military aircraft just don't show up. About two years ago, I spent some time near an Air Force Base and sure enough, I had a big transport plane go right over my head but it was invisible on the app.
It looks like a giant empty hole in air traffic centered around D.C. There are only two planes in it.
Disclaimer: I have no idea if it is normal to have near zero air traffic for 150 miles of D.C. in every direction.
