vIn a nutshell, what is the main diff between the Insurrection Act and the 2018 EO? Is there any rationale for both to be enacted/enabled?

I think you may be right. If foreign interference in US elections is confirmed, EO13848 is set to go off. That entails going after any company or organization provides support (technical or financial) involved in colluding in the election fraud; which allows the government to seize all infrastruture and assets. So bye bye, Facebook, Twitter, Google, ATT, COMCAST, ( who owns NBC,) ABC (hmmmm does that mean Disney too?) etc.

It also allows the government to seize assets from our new oligarchy overloards behind the treason support. Zuckerberg, Dorsey and whoever operates Google. On top of the House and Senate that voted for this crap.

My advice is to go to the store now and stock up on popcorn and beer. This could be really interesting

I looked up EO 13848 and it specifically refers to foreign intervention. Unless the Dominion Software can be proved rigged, it is going nowhere. The biggest fraud was with the States as they ignored their own State Constitutions to allow certain ballots to be included and excluded, not to mention changing their State Constitution time frames for certain ballots.

The above is why I don't understand the USSC telling Texas and other lawsuits they have no standing. The reason Gore lost to Bush was due to USSC telling Florida they can't change their voting process mid-stream. Evidently, Bush had standing. That set precedent. The Texas lawsuit was similar, but no standing? So why did Bush's lawsuit have standing and win?
