That would be safer than DC.
Camp David is pretty close to DC. But it is very protected - or at least it used to be.
The no fly zone today stretched all the way from Philadelphia south and included Maryland, Virginia, DC , all the military bases on the coast and down to the South Carolina border. That is a big no fly zone. What were they worried about, a bomb?
