If this coup was instigated and orchestrated by foreign countries then it is an act of war. If this is the case then, after their domestic agents are dealt with, the retribution should be on a scale and ferocity that would make the ancient Romans recoil in horror.
It wasn't war when the US used covert press manipulation to convinced the Russian public to vote for Boris Yeltsin.
The war that I see is the US government in rebellion against the public. Because the government writes and applies the "rules of law," it can never unreasonably or illegally or even uncosntututionally oppress the people.
