As long as you do not break any rules they can not touch you. We still have free speech. If they take away free speech we go pirate radio.

HAM is a broad chunk of radio frequencies and not just a narrow specific frequency like an AM or FM radio station. Yes, HAM could be taken out by jamming but not easily and not by local or national boundaries. This would bleed over into jamming across international boundaries and have very negative consequences.

My opinions...
