So that eliminates a lot right there.
He’s black, he’s wearing a nice suit with French cuffs. And a very identifiable bracelet. That can’t fit more than a few people.
The cops on the stairway in the shooting situation were key to the outcome of that incident. They come up right behind this small group of people, but instead of just arresting them they just turn around and head back down the stairs, right before the person on the other side of the doors opens fire. The weird behavior of many of the police in this whole thing really raises questions.
