From my perspective as a lawyer, totally bogus. Just a hearsay recital of facts others supposedly said, but it’s not even clear who said them, how he heard them or whether it was just repeated to him by someone else who is not the person who supposedly said it. Not made under penalty of perjury. No notary acknowledgment or authentication of who is supposedly signing the “General Affidavit.” It would certainly be laughed out of an American court.

I am not an attorney, but work with them frequently. What worries me is that we have people running off and not even asking these simple questions, or even running down the veracity of the claims supposedly going on in the Italian courts.
