A new Constitution doesn’t matter. Liberals have already established:
* they can change the definitions of words so that legislation is applied in ways it wasn’t intended to
* that their social justice ideology TRUMPS actual laws
I’m reminded of India where it became a badge of honor to be arrested and jailed for peaceful demonstration for independence during British rule.
We’d have to be careful because a felony can take away your right to vote.
In states where they allow felons to vote that wouldn’t be a problem, but most places a simple misdemeanor with spread eagle giving up to police might suffice.
I think we have to be wise and not proudly wear our Trump gear any more. It would confuse the issue and make for too easy fake news videos. Maybe we need to get T-shirts that say FIRST AMENDMENT RULES or similar gear.
Above all, we have to become a PASSIVE RESISTANCE movement.
Unfortunately our founds left some wiggle words. It may be necessary to state things more firmly, leaving no doubt as to intention.
If a CoS doesn’t work, then there’s probably only two options: give up or CW.
