There is nothing wrong with the design of the 737 MAX. It flies just fine.

The problem with the changes is that so many changes were made that the MAX handled like a different airplane. The MCAS software was designed to make the plane handle like an original 737.

It’s like a race car company switching race cars from Porsche to Ferrari but they want the Ferrari to drive like a Porsche because that’s what their drivers were used to.

There is nothing wrong with the design of the 737 MAX. It flies just fine.

It doesn't fly just fine when the software programmed by cheap foreign labor fails on top of software controlling an unstable airframe with single points of failure.

There's a legitimate reason to design aircraft such as the F-16, F-117, and B-2 where its stability is dependent on computers. The only reason they changed the 737 from a stable to unstable design dependent on computers was that they wanted to save money by not designing an entirely new airframe around the larger diameter engines.

The "approved" re-release is still an unstable design completely dependent on computers. If the computers or where the actuators connect to fail, you can't dead stick land it like the Gimli Glider.
