The national libraries did NOTHING to stop Communist/Party penetration and literally take over the American Library Association in the 80s/90s, esp. led by CPUSA/Venceremos Brigade (Cuban DGI/KGB joint operation) veteran Ann Sparanese. Don’t bother to look her up on Google. All the articles I’ve seen there so far are cover up ones re her communist connections.
